Kate Weaver

LLB / BA (Hons) – Director

Kate joined the firm in August 2022 after moving down to Blenheim from Auckland, and became a Director in 2026. 

She graduated from the University of Auckland with a BA/LLB(Hons) in 2013 and since then has been working as a general practice lawyer.

Kate’s work mainly covers property and conveyancing law (including subdivisions, leases, and refinancing), as well as deceased estates, wills and estate planning, enduring powers of attorney, retirement village occupation right agreements. Kate specialises in Trust law. Kate is friendly and approachable and enjoys helping people to achieve their desired outcomes in a way that is as stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Kate and her husband are kept busy with their four girls at their property in the Waihopai Valley. They are loving life in sunny Marlborough and exploring all it has to offer.
